Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager plans, directs, and administers the human resources function of the Village and all Village owned utilities, ensuring compliance with personnel-related laws regulations. The HR Manager also leads the customer service team. Specific responsibilities include:
- Staff recruitment, onboarding, & retention
- Benefits, leave, and compensation administration
- Employee policies and compliance
- Employee relations
- Talent management and development

About the Village of Mount Horeb
The Village of Mount Horeb is a vibrant and growing community with approximately 7500 residents. Village of Mount Horeb departments and Village-owned utilities employ a total of approximately 60 full-time permanent staff and 80 part-time and seasonal staff.
